FAQ

1. What are the service times?

We currently have weekly services that are held every Sunday morning from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

2. What should I wear?

People from all walks of life come here for worship. You can come dressed in whatever you feel comfortable with.

3. Is there something for my children?

If your children are between the ages of Newborn to 11, they are invited to attend our Nursery or Children's Church program. The children begin the service with their parents in the sanctuary where they join the adults in a time of song and worship.  Pastor will release the children before his message so they can go to a class that is tailored for their specific age. We currently have Nursery for newborn to age 2 upstairs and two other groups:  Kingdom Kids (Age 3-6) and Summit Kids (Age 7-11), who go downstairs and will have a bible story, snack, memorize scripture and have a craft or play games.  Children can also earn stickers by coming to church and learning a weekly verse (a link to the verses can be found above). The charts are then traded in for prizes when completed!

4. What type of church is First Assembly?

We are a Bible believing church, being that God can be experienced as we worship and follow Him.

We are casual in dress, and worship with contemporary music. Each week we teach messages from the Word of God that are timeless and relevant.

We are a church that focuses on reaching out to the people in our community. The people in our church come from a range of backgrounds. Some people have grown up in church while others have no church background at all.  Here you can experience the full life that God intended for you. Come to worship.  Come to connect.  Come to grow.  Come to laugh and make new friends.
